How do I activate my LEUCHTIE Plus or Easy Charge?

Remove the transport protection (insulation cap):

Open the LEUCHTIE on the side of the tube without the size sticker.

  1. Remove the red insulation cap from the spring:
  2. Hold the silicone sleeve on the battery compartment and pull the light tube off the battery compartment with gentle twisting motions (1). The silicone sleeve remains on the battery compartment.
  3. Remove the red insulation cap (2) from the tip of the spring. Correct opening of the LEUCHTIE
  4. To close it, insert the light tube straight into the battery compartment, taking care not to bend the contact spring.Correct closing of the LEUCHTIE
  5. Press battery compartment and light tube firmly together as far as it can go - there should be no gap between the battery compartment and light tube.Make sure that the light tube is firmly seated on the battery part.
